Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a form on the JinChan Kazakhstan website and selecting the consent checkbox, the user freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives SAAP-MG LLP consent to the processing of personal data under the terms set out below.

2. Categories of Data

The consent applies to the name, company name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email, information about the ore sample and available assays, the text of the enquiry, and the address and title of the page from which the application was submitted.

3. Purposes of Processing

The data is used to respond to the enquiry, for the preliminary discussion of laboratory tests, the process regime, JinChan supply and technical support, and to agree on further interaction.

4. Actions Performed with the Data

The controller has the right to collect, record, systematise, store, clarify and use the data; transfer it to persons who ensure the operation of the website, email and information systems; and block and delete the data, with or without the use of automated means.

5. Validity and Withdrawal

The consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless further retention is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a message to info@saap-mg.kz. The request should specify data that makes it possible to identify the enquiry.

6. Confirmation

The user confirms that they have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, understand the purposes and terms of processing, and provide accurate data.
