The registration number of the entry is 02408/ТЗ-140826. SAAP-MG LLP is identified as the trademark owner.
Inclusion in the Customs Register concerns protection of trademark rights when goods cross the customs border. Companies planning to import products bearing the JinChan designation need to take into account the rights of the trademark owner and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This is specifically a decision to add the trademark to the Customs Register. It is not a universal prohibition on all imports of the product and does not in itself establish sole importer status.
