Personal Data Processing Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing the personal data of visitors to the JinChan Kazakhstan website and persons who submit enquiries through the website forms.

When a form is submitted, we may process the name, company name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email, information about the availability of an ore sample and assay results, the content of the message, and technical information about the source of the enquiry: the page address and title.

  • responding to an enquiry and providing feedback;
  • preliminary discussion of ore testing, reagent supply and technical support;
  • agreeing on the required source data and further actions;
  • ensuring the operability and security of the website;
  • fulfilling obligations stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Grounds and Methods of Processing

Data is processed on the basis of the user’s consent and in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Processing may include the collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification, use, transfer to authorised technical service providers, blocking and deletion of data, with or without the use of automated means.

5. Retention Period and Transfer

Data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes of the enquiry and compliance with applicable legal requirements. Access may be granted to employees and contractors who need it to process the enquiry and operate the website, email and information systems. Transfer to other persons is permitted with the data subject’s consent or when required by law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received.
